Andrew Breneman - CEO
Starting in landscaping at only 7-years-old, Andrew has been driven to make properties beautiful and cultivate a thriving business ever since. He bought his first riding lawnmower at only 12-years-old and would pull a trailer behind it around the neighborhood to care for the properties he managed… because he didn’t even have a drivers’ license. In fact, his first employee was another teenager but one who was old enough to drive him around to job sites. Andrew’s commercial landscaping business has doubled every year for the last five years. He is passionate about generosity, investing in people, and doing the right thing.

Steve Cowden - Field Sales & Design
Steve has worked in the landscaping industry since 1989 and brings a wealth of experience to LIME! He graduated with a degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and spent most of his career in Nashville. He brought his talent and expertise to Chattanooga to live closer to his family, and we’re grateful he joined our team. Whether you’re looking to design a new site or improve your current project, Steve is the mastermind to help your ideas become reality!
